Architecture for comfort
The 300-year-old farmhouse has been carefully renovated, built entirely organically without chemical substances and sustainably. Its walls are made of wood and glass, floors of wood and high-quality tiles, with insulation and beds made from sheep's wool. It features an active residential ventilation system and understated wooden furniture. A timber-framed farmhouse nestled amidst the Villgraten Mountains, full of charm and coziness.
Kitchen
The holiday apartment is furnished with a fully equipped living kitchen featuring a bench and space for cozy gatherings. It includes: electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine (starter pack of organic coffee capsules included), porcelain coffee filter like grandma's, kettle, toaster, blender, immersion blender, various cooking utensils, dishes and a dishwasher. And much more.
Bedrooms
Restful sleep ist important for us. Our holiday apartment features two bedrooms with double beds made of Swiss stone pine wood and spacious built-in wardrobes. The bedding system is the Villgrater Natur “wellness cloud” bed, including a natural latex topper, duvets and pillows filled with sheep's wool.
Laundry
Bed lines, kitchen towels, hand towels, bath towels, sauna towels and bathrobes are provided for you in the apartment BERG.
Bathroom
Bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. It features nourishing lanolin wash gel from Villgrater Natur. The toilet and bidet are separate.

Communal sauna area in the former barn with a Finnish sauna from Klafs, Physiotherm infrared heat, relaxation loungers, fresh air room with a magnificent panoramic view
